Cityscape apartments
FTP was asked to give Cityscape apartments, a 150-plus unit complex in St. Louis Park, MN, an exterior facelift. We started by powerwashing and scraping the siding and deck surfaces, replacing rotted or damaged wood. Primer and caulk were then applied covering stains, cracks and raw wood.Once prepped, paint was applied to all aspects of the exterior - facia, trim, deck boards and doors - while using suface protection and meeting all OSHA requirements.
